1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting or using this website you accept these Terms. If you disagree, kindly refrain from using the site.

2. Age requirement

This website and our resort are intended solely for adult guests aged 18 and over. By confirming your age on the entry page you affirm that this applies to you. We may ask for photographic identification upon arrival.

3. Reservations and payment

• Every reservation depends on availability and confirmation.
• Prices appear in EUR and include statutory VAT where applicable; city tax and gratuities may be extra.
• A valid credit card is needed to hold a reservation. Full payment is collected on departure unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellation

Reservations may be cancelled at no cost up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Within fourteen days the first night is charged; no-shows are charged the full stay. Best Available Rates may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. Travel insurance is strongly advised.

5. Conduct of guests

We retain the right to refuse service or end a stay if a guest puts staff or other guests at risk, damages property, ignores our gaming rules, or otherwise breaks reasonable standards of behaviour.

6. Gaming

Gaming on our premises is governed by International law and is available only to guests aged 18 and over. We encourage responsible gaming; self-exclusion and limits can be set up at any time with our gaming host.

7. Liability

We exercise reasonable care to maintain a safe setting. Our liability is capped to the fullest degree allowed by applicable law. We are not liable for valuables left outside the in-room safe or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property

Everything on this website (text, images, logos, design) belongs to Silvercreekcourt or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of International. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
